We need you: The Tufts University Alumni Association (TUAA) has an exciting opportunity to directly impact a student’s life. With your support, we can greatly impact a first-generation student!
The goal: If 100 alumni give to this crowdfunding project, TUAA will add an additional $10,000 to the scholarship that will be awarded next year to a first generation undergraduate student.
The why: To help a first-generation college student, regardless of financial circumstances. The Tufts Alumni First Generation Scholarship will allow a student to focus on all that Tufts offers without the constraints of financial need.
The impact: By funding this one-year scholarship again, we will deepen our impact on students and Tufts. You will receive an update on the impact of your giving to learn more about the Tufts experience you helped make possible! The scholarship is given 100% by financial need.
Why now: This is part of our overall goal to continue to make Tufts accessible and broaden the alumni base of support. Most importantly, we want to ensure the most qualified students can attend Tufts, regardless of personal finances. Tufts fiscal year ends June 30, so your support today is critical.
