What is the University Chaplaincy?
We are a dynamic hub of six—Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Protestant, Catholic, and Humanist—chaplaincies who support religious, spiritual, ethical, and cultural life for the entire Tufts community.
We provide pastoral care, support religious and philosophical communities, and educate about spiritual and ethical issues in society and the world.

Looking to give via stock, wire transfer, or donor advised fund but still want to have it count for #TuftsGivingTuesday? We can make that happen! Fill out this form and someone from the #TuftsGivingTuesday team will be in touch.
This year, your #TuftsGivingTuesday gift to the Friends of Goddard Fund will directly support CAFE, our award-winning Pre-Orientation Program.
Led by two student coordinators and supported by University Chaplaincy staff and chaplains, this 4-day program embodies Tufts at its best. It centers and celebrates students' diverse identities and experiences and creates brave spaces for dialogue and reflection about religion and spirituality, practices of well-being and resilience, and action for justice and inclusion on campus and in the world.
