Help Shape Tomorrow's Leaders: Support Tisch Summer Fellows.

Join Us in Making a Difference!

Your generosity can help us provide more students with the chance to embark on life-changing journeys. Demand for these transformative experiences far exceeds what we’re currently able to provide. Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to our goal of supporting the next generation of leaders and change-makers.

About the Program:

Tisch Summer Fellows (TSF) is a summer internship program available to undergraduate and graduate students. Since 2004, community-based organizations, national non-profits, local and national companies, government agencies, and elected officials have hosted Tufts students from all disciplines to support dynamic, mission-driven projects to advance the public good.

Program Features:

Fellowships: Participants spend 7-10 weeks with mission-driven partner organizations, where they are engaged in project-based work addressing the world’s most pressing challenges.

Events & Mentoring: Fellows attend skill-building workshops, roundtable discussions, and peer-facilitated reflection sessions throughout the program period.

Compensation: Thanks to the generosity of Tufts alumni and other supporters, each member of the TSF cohort receives a living allowance to ensure this opportunity is accessible to all students.

Locations: Past program site locations include New York City, Washington, D.C., Greater Boston, Providence, Hyderabad, India, and select sites in Maine for Tufts Medical students in the Maine Track program.

Why Your Support Matters:

  1. Empowering Future Leaders: Your contribution helps talented students gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build networks that are essential for their careers.
  2. Creating Social Impact: Tisch Summer Fellows work on projects that address critical issues such as social justice, public health, education, and environmental sustainability, making a positive difference in communities worldwide.
  3. Bridging the Gap: Many students cannot participate in internships without financial support. Your donation ensures that all students, regardless of their financial background, have access to these fully funded, invaluable opportunities.

A Tisch Summer Fellow's Story:

"This fellowship allowed me to do work that I care about and that makes a difference in the community. I was able to work for a small research and policy focused nonprofit in a paid position. Due to my financial situation, I would not have been able to accept an unpaid internship. I am grateful for your contribution to the TSF program that helps students in my position.” Tisch Summer Fellow at Community Labor United, Boston MA
